Our goal is to offer an inclusive and equitable environment for all candidates interested in joining our job offerings.** On behalf of our client — a leading food industry company specializing in the production and marketing of meat-based foods — we are seeking top talent for the position of: **PRODUCTION OPERATOR** **Requirements:** * **With or without prior experience.** * Completed secondary education. * Preferably residing in San Juan de Lurigancho (Campoy) or nearby areas. * Availability to work rotating shifts and perform overtime. **Shift 1**: 7 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday) / **Shift 2**: 8 PM to 6:30 AM (Monday to Saturday) \- SHIFT ROTATION EVERY MONTH **Responsibilities:** * Feed production machines for sausages with raw materials. * Label, mark, and pack packaged or bagged products. * Assist with product weighing. * Clean and disinfect materials used in sausage production. **Benefits:** * Direct payroll enrollment from day one. * Salary of S/. 1,275 to S/. 1,400 (based on evaluation). * Statutory benefits (bonus, CTS, family allowance, statutory life insurance, and vacation). * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Full provision of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Overtime pay. * Night shift bonus. * Career path opportunity. * Renewable contracts. **At Total Talent, we promote an inclusive and diverse workplace.
