Job Summary: We are seeking a freelance recruitment and selection professional with experience in mass hiring processes and data management to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in MS Excel for data handling (formulas, pivot tables) Newrest is a multinational catering company currently operating in over 49 countries and present in Peru. Our operations cover Airline Catering, Concessions, Retail, and food service, maintenance, and hospitality services at Remote Sites (regime). We are currently seeking freelance recruitment and selection professionals with the following profiles: What Are We Looking For? \- Minimum of 6 months’ experience conducting recruitment via diverse strategic sources and managing mass/operational selection processes—either in-person or virtual. \- Experience in job posting, agile and dynamic telephone screening, data handling, and database development. \- Strong communication skills at all levels, dynamism, initiative, and results orientation. \- Proficiency in MS Excel (building data matrices with formulas, pivot tables). \- Availability to work Monday through Friday (2 or 3 days on-site). \- On-site work takes place at our central office in Callao. What Do We Offer? \- Payment per hour (RxH), disbursed biweekly. \- 100% subsidized lunch at the Callao office. \- Mobility support for commuting (route covering all avoidance zones up to Benavides Bridge). \- Potential full-time contract as an assistant based on performance.
