Opportunity for professional growth **AIR CONDITIONING SUPERVISOR (HVAC SYSTEM)** **Description:** We are currently seeking an Air Conditioning Supervisor to lead and supervise fieldwork related to installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating technical staff, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and guaranteeing proper on-site service execution. **Requirements:** * Certified technician or graduate in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HVAC-related work. * Knowledge of installation and maintenance of Split, VRF, and ventilation systems. * Basic proficiency in preparing technical reports and coordinating personnel. * Familiarity with safety standards for technical work. * Responsible, proactive, and leadership-oriented. * Prepare reports as required. * Availability to work day and night shifts. * Preferred: Valid driver’s license. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site work. * Coordinate with clients and technical teams. * Verify service quality and adherence to deadlines. * Prepare basic service reports. **We Offer:** * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Timely payments (bi-weekly). * Personal protective equipment (PPE) for task execution.
