Position Summary: A Logistics Procurement Assistant will manage merchandise acquisition, negotiate with suppliers, track purchase orders, analyze information, and handle supplier claims. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages procurement and negotiations with suppliers in the metal-mechanical sector. 2. Tracks purchase orders and prepares management reports. 3. Negotiate with suppliers to meet requirements of the assigned product line (entry-level) within the metal-mechanical market. Continuously monitor purchase orders and pending orders. Perform information analysis and prepare management reports. Handle supplier claims for missing, damaged, or defective products. Coordinate issuance and registration of credit notes when applicable. Ensure adherence to departmental procedures and established operational standards. Carry out other related duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor. · Mandatory Requirements: University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. Availability to work one weekend or holiday per month. Basic proficiency in Power Query and Power BI. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge and experience using SAP.
