Job Summary: Maximize customer acquisition and sales volume at external strategic locations through proactive customer service and dynamic engagement, ensuring proper product display and rotation. End-to-end management of sales, inventory, and collections at mobile points **JOB OBJECTIVE** Maximize customer acquisition and sales volume at high-traffic external strategic locations (parks, schools, and churches) through proactive service and dynamic engagement, ensuring proper product display, rotation, and delivery; activations typically last 2 hours. **CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES FUNCTIONS (PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL)** · Proactively approach potential customers in the assigned activation zone. · Persuasively present the available pack catalog (e.g., packs of S/ 18 and S/ 22\). · Apply cross-selling techniques to increase the average transaction value per customer. · Promptly resolve inquiries regarding prices, flavors, and portion sizes. · Encourage customer referrals to the digital channel (WhatsApp) for future purchases or larger orders. **OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS FOR PHYSICAL SALES** · Transport and set up the mobile sales unit or equipment at the designated location and time. · Conduct initial count and verification of assigned inventory for the activation. · Manage collection and strict recording of all received payments (cash, Yape, Plin, or other authorized methods). · Maintain cleanliness, order, and the highest presentation standards of the sales area throughout the shift. · Perform end-of-shift sales reconciliation and final inventory reporting (including shrinkage or unsold items).
