Main Responsibilities: * Attend to, resolve, and train BKs via the Rímac platform. * Provide continuous support and guidance on processes and platform usage. * Follow up on assigned cases via phone calls and emails. * Ensure timely and accurate closure of assigned cases. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed technical or university studies (preferred). * Experience in insurance or similar roles (preferred but not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of customer service and case tracking. * Proficiency in email and digital tools. * Strong communication skills, organization, and willingness to learn internal processes.
