




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Administration and Accounting Coordinator to lead and supervise the entire accounting process, manage finance functions, and propose operational improvements. Propose improvements to administrative and financial processes **SENIOR ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration. ● Minimum 4–6 years of experience in finance and administration roles. ● Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of Accounting or in a similar position. ● Specialization and/or Diploma in Accounting. ● Specialization and/or Diploma in Taxation. ● Knowledge of preparation and interpretation of financial statements. ● Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). ● Knowledge of current Peruvian tax legislation. ● Knowledge of cash flow management and budget handling. ● Administrative process management. ● Proficiency in the SUNARP platform. ● Proficiency in accounting software (experience with multiple systems and ability to adapt). ● Advanced-level Microsoft Office proficiency. ● Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. ● Familiarity with and ability to use AI tools (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT, or others). ● Immediate availability. ● Availability to work 100% on-site in San Isidro. ● Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ● Lead and supervise the company’s entire accounting process. ● Maintain updated control and tracking of supplier contracts. ● Control all documentation (physical and/or electronic) received and generated by the company. ● Supervise updates to the customer and supplier database using established IT systems and tools whenever information changes occur. ● Monitor customer billing and collections. ● Review and process client and supplier withholding taxes according to service type. ● Plan cash collection activities (e.g., phone calls, emails) for key customers. ● Review petty cash reconciliations and fund disbursement reports prepared by staff using established IT systems and tools. ● Review bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts. ● Prepare payable schedules (suppliers, services, taxes, payroll, others) on dates established by the company. ● Execute payments per Management’s approvals. ● Supervise timely fulfillment of tax and labor obligations. ● Prepare and submit monthly and annual financial statements to General Management. ● Analyze financial results and propose corrective and improvement actions. ● Plan and control cash flow, annual budget, and financial projections. ● Open bank accounts for employees (salaries and CTS) as required. ● Manage procedures before banks and other public and/or private entities as requested by Management. ● Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and external advisors. ● Propose improvements to administrative and financial processes that enhance operational efficiency. ● Implement and strengthen internal financial and administrative controls. ● Evaluate profitability per customer and per service, identifying margins, associated costs, and optimization opportunities. ● Supervise maintenance of office facilities, furniture, household appliances, and various equipment together with maintenance staff. ● Supervise technical staff visits from suppliers. ● Supervise performance outcomes of the team under supervision: Finance and Accounting Assistant, Maintenance Assistant, and Receptionist. ● Keep systems, tools, and controls—both existing and newly developed—up to date to properly fulfill assigned responsibilities. ● Comply with internal policies and regulations established by THE COMPANY, as well as any future ones. ● Comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and regulations established by THE COMPANY in accordance with current legal requirements. ● Assist Partners in activities requested by them related to their professional expertise. **BENEFITS:** ● Standard payroll regime. ● EPS coverage at 50% of the base plan. ● One paid day off on your birthday. ● Meal allowance bonus. ● Market-competitive salary.
