NETaxion is a company dedicated to providing IT and OT infrastructure services for the operational continuity of the mining industry; we are currently seeking a **Senior Cybersecurity Specialist** with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior information security or cybersecurity specialist. * Experience in mining technology (Desirable) * Completion of courses or certifications in information security/cybersecurity (ISO27001 Lead Implementer, CISM, CISSP, others) * Specialized courses: Security Architecture, Security Operations, NIST, CIS Controls. * Knowledge of frameworks: ISO27001, NIST, CIS, and Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Management **Responsibilities:** * Planning and alignment with the client’s global security plan, gap identification, identification and prioritization of initiatives and projects, resource estimation, coordination with various stakeholders and implementers. * Reporting on progress of activities, initiatives, and projects related to information security and cybersecurity. * Estimating resources required to execute the cybersecurity plan and related projects. * Providing expert support and assistance for queries related to cybersecurity processes: vulnerability management, security incident management, business continuity planning, risk management and control implementation, and deployment of cybersecurity solutions and tools. * Weekly cybersecurity activity report; monthly OT server vulnerability report. * Preparing the tracking report for the client’s 2026 Cybersecurity Plan activities. **Benefits** * Formal employment under the general regime, including all statutory benefits from the first day of work. * 100% remote work. * 100% EPS coverage for the employee. * Pleasant working environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
