




At La Mora (Bakery, Pastry Shop and Café), we are seeking a Senior Store Administrator to lead the store’s overall operations (dining room, take-away and delivery), ensuring service standards, administrative control and a consistent brand experience. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure store opening, operation and closing using La Mora checklists and standards. * Supervise and coordinate dining room, cashier, display case, dispatch, delivery and back-of-house operations. * Manage demand peaks, operational incidents and complaints with tracking and documentation. * Daily coordination of acceptance of product shipment/receipt guides from the plant in the corporate system. * Execute inventories and requisitions complying with the Logistics Coordination Policy (PL\-LOG\-001\). * Lead the team: shifts, discipline, performance, training and weekly feedback (with documentation). * Ensure order, cleanliness and food safety (BPM / DIGESA); coordinate with Quality and Maintenance departments. * Cash and inventory control (NON-NEGOTIABLE) * Daily cash reconciliation and control of discrepancies with supporting documentation and corrective actions. * Inventory control, shrinkage, stockouts and loss prevention with visible controls. * Daily closing (same day): sales \+ reconciliation \+ incidents * Weekly report: sales, shrinkage, stockouts, discounts/courtesies, incidents * Monthly closing: full inventory \+ discrepancies \+ reports and supporting documentation * Operational Assets Register: 15th of each month **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the position. * Graduates in Business Administration or Hospitality Administration. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work in SAN ISIDRO. **We offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment under MYPE payroll * Pleasant working environment * Discount at La Mora brand Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
