Results-oriented, effective communication and teamwork We are a call center specialized in telephone management, currently seeking experienced Telephone Collection Operators in debt management. The position requires knowledge of the collection process, telephone negotiation skills, the ability to effectively close payment commitments, and a strong focus on target achievement. Collection Advisor – Delinquency Management Job Profile: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in collections; experience with Esika, Unique or similar portfolios is mandatory. * Basic-level Excel proficiency. * Ability to work under pressure, with high performance expectations and target compliance. * Results-oriented, effective communication and teamwork. Responsibilities: * Conduct telephone collection activities on assigned portfolio, ensuring daily and monthly objectives are met. * Follow up on payment commitments until their effective closure. * Prepare and submit daily activity reports. * Coordinate with the team to ensure individual and group target achievement.
