Prepare and issue operational reports and KPIs, including findings, alerts, transfers, inventories, and other reports required by management. Administer and control operational documentation, ensuring registration, validation, digitization, and physical/digital archiving of forms, waybills, delivery notes, and other warehouse documents. Record and track field operations, including sampling, equipment control, operational incidents, maintenance, and photographic documentation of merchandise. Manage control and supply of branch resources, such as PPE, cafeteria supplies, office supplies, tools, pallets, and other operational materials. Process and consolidate administrative information for staff, including overtime hours, transportation allowances, team dinners, and other operational requirements. Coordinate external services and processes related to operations, including dispatch and control of coils for external cutting and tracking corresponding receipts.
