Job Summary: We are seeking a technical student or recent graduate to provide first-level technical support, diagnose and resolve IT incidents, and collaborate on improving the organization's technological infrastructure. Main Responsibilities: \- Provide first-level technical support to users in hardware, software, and networks, both remotely and on-site. \- Diagnose and resolve IT incidents, ensuring timely and efficient responses. \- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, peripherals, and systems. \- Assist in managing the IT asset inventory. \- Document procedures, guidelines, and solutions for common issues. \- Collaborate on technology infrastructure improvement and upgrade projects. \- Support user training on new tools and systems. Requirements and Qualifications: \- Currently enrolled student or recent graduate of a technical (non-university) program such as Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. \- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. \- Familiarity with computer hardware and mobile devices. \- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). \- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and logical thinking. \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with users. \- Ability to work collaboratively, follow instructions, and operate under supervision.
