




Job Summary: We are seeking a staff member to perform cleaning, production, and merchandise inventory control, including verification of products and expiration dates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Merchandise handling and inventory control. 2. Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. 3. Knowledge of regional cuisine. ● Knowledge of jungle cuisine. ● Cleaning and production of merchandise. ● Counting stock entering the store. ● Cleaning of kitchen area, grease trap, and exhaust hood. ● Cleaning of the dining area (coordinated with other store staff). ● Refrigerating products. ● Verifying correct product labeling. ● Checking expiration dates of ingredients. ● Conducting merchandise count upon receipt and at closing. ● Performing inventories.
