Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Administrator with experience in sales and management to strengthen operations, coordinate marketing efforts, and execute sales-increase strategies for two brands. Propose strategies and actions aimed at increasing sales. We are currently looking for a **Commercial Administrator** to manage and strengthen the commercial operations of our two brands. We seek a candidate with experience in **administration, sales, and commercial management**, capable of tracking commercial performance, coordinating marketing activities, and actively participating in the execution of commercial activations and sales-increase strategies. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Administer and monitor commercial operations for both brands. * Track and control sales, preparing commercial reports and KPIs. * Analyze sales results and identify improvement opportunities. * Monitor achievement of commercial objectives and targets. * Propose strategies and actions aimed at increasing sales. * Coordinate with the Marketing department on advertising campaigns, promotions, and commercial activities. * Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial activations. * Supervise proper implementation of promotions and campaigns at points of sale. * Monitor point-of-sale performance and report incidents. * Coordinate with point-of-sale managers to ensure proper execution of commercial activities. * Track implemented actions and evaluate their results. * Prepare periodic reports on sales, campaigns, activations, and commercial results. * Perform other duties related to commercial and operational management of the brands. REQUIREMENTS * Technical or university degree in **Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Business, or related fields**. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in administration, sales, commercial management, or similar roles. * Desired experience in the **food, restaurant, fast food, cafeteria, food service, or mass consumer goods sectors**. * Experience in sales tracking and control. * Experience in promotions, commercial activations, or campaigns. * Desirable experience coordinating with Marketing departments. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Ability to prepare reports and analyze commercial data. * Results-oriented, proactive, and well-organized. * Strong communication and coordination skills.
