Achieving sales targets At Falabella, a leading retail company, we are currently looking for top talent for the position of Integrated Advisor – Part-Time at our La Molina store in celebration of Mother's Day. · WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES? Achieve sales targets and monthly sales quotas. Provide timely and efficient customer service in accordance with company-defined standards (salesperson service protocols). Stock the sales floor with products according to company standards. Continuously organize and restock all products. Address customer inquiries regarding specific product-related topics in line with excellence service standards. Maintain store premises order and cleanliness according to established parameters. Perform cash deposits or withdrawals as required. Adhere to product exchange and return policies when necessary.
