Position Summary: We are seeking a Driver for a temperature-controlled logistics company, responsible for route execution, cargo care, and vehicle maintenance, ensuring efficient deliveries and professional customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate the vehicle in compliance with traffic regulations and efficient driving techniques. 2. Supervise loading and unloading to ensure alignment with documentation. 3. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure food safety conditions. A recognized temperature-controlled logistics company in Latin America, headquartered in LURIN and CALLAO, is currently seeking 1 Driver available to work at a temperature-controlled warehouse. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Valid A2B driver's license. (Mandatory) * Residence in areas adjacent to the district of Lurín. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. Responsibilities: Follow the established route sheet while respecting delivery time windows at each location (stores/customers). Report in real time any route deviations, heavy traffic, accidents, or mechanical failures affecting delivery timing. Operate the vehicle in compliance with traffic regulations (MTC) and apply efficient driving techniques to optimize fuel consumption. Supervise loading and unloading to ensure physical quantities match documentation (delivery guides). Conduct daily checks of oil and coolant levels, tire condition, lights, and brakes before starting the shift. Maintain internal and external vehicle cleanliness, ensuring food safety conditions for food transportation. Promptly report preventive or corrective maintenance needs to avoid unplanned fleet downtime. Carry and safeguard vehicle documentation (SOAT, Technical Inspection) and driver documentation (valid driver's license). Provide courteous and professional service at every delivery point, representing the company’s image to the customer. Set the thermostat precisely to the product-required temperature (Chilled: 0°C to 4°C / Frozen: -18°C or lower) before commencing movement. Benefits: Market-competitive remuneration.
