We want you on our team! · Available Positions: COOKS on rotating shifts with experience in rotisserie cuisine, traditional Peruvian dishes, side dishes, and sauces. WAITERS and HOSTESSES for morning and closing shifts: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 1:00 PM · Availability to work in LOS OLIVOS · REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education: Completed secondary school. 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (not mandatory). Proactivity and ability to perform multiple functions. Responsibility and careful handling of supplies. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Immediate availability for full-time employment. Valid health certificate (we provide sufficient time for processing). Adaptability and willingness to learn. · COOK RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of dishes and orders within your area. Maintaining biosafety and quality standards. Managing supplies and materials for your area. Rotation and labeling of prepared and processed products. Inventory control of goods under your responsibility. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborating with the team to meet service timelines. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. WAITER AND HOSTESS RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivering optimal customer service. Familiarity with the menu to provide recommendations. Promoting sales of food items and cocktails.
