Controls attendance and personnel files **Electro G \& S Ingenieros S.A.C.** is seeking a Human Resources Manager **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities:** * Manage the payroll process — preparation and control * Support recruitment and selection processes * Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and document management * Register, terminate, and update data in **T\-Registro** * Control attendance, SCTR, and personnel files * Assist with administrative and accounting tasks of the department **Requirements:** * Graduate in Accounting * Knowledge of **payroll and labor legislation** * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Proficiency in Ergosoft system * Two years of experience * Organizational skills Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
