




Job Summary: Coordinate supplier payments, negotiate freight rates, manage customs documentation, and track import shipments with proficiency in SAP B1. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of SAP B1 and customs documentation We are a leading company in our industry with over 32 years of experience, and we are currently seeking an Import Analyst with the following profile. · Requirements Bachelor's or Technical degree in International Business Administration, Administration, Foreign Trade and Customs. Intermediate/Advanced English (Mandatory) Intermediate-level Office software proficiency Knowledge of SAP B1 Availability to work in ATE (Vulcano Outlet reference). · Job Functions Coordinate supplier payments via bank transfers and letters of credit. Evaluate and negotiate freight rates with freight forwarding agencies. Review and approve required documentation for proper customs clearance. Prepare the DDMM (Invoice Translation) and coordinate with the customs agency for numbering. Maintain constant coordination with the warehouse to schedule goods receipt. Keep the Import Tracking Dashboard up to date. Track samples sent by suppliers or arrange their collection when necessary. Create Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts in SAP. Review import settlements and verify compliance with negotiated rates, as well as proper registration of such documents in SAP. Maintain effective communication with Management and Supervision to ensure optimal performance. Foster a positive organizational climate to support employee job performance. Comply with and enforce company procedures. Fulfill assigned responsibilities within each process of the QMS (Quality Management System) and ensure accurate completion of system records.
