Training provided; prior experience not required **We’re still growing!** We are currently recruiting **Multifunctional Order Pickers (Pickers)** for our **dark store**, located at: Av. Jorge Chávez 1217, Santiago de Surco\- The **Latin America SuperApp** promotes inclusion and equal opportunity in accordance with current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and prepare orders entered via application. * Perform picking, packing, and hand over orders to the assigned rider. * Maintain order and proper product placement within the store. * Carry out assigned cyclic counts and inventories. * Verify correct receipt and quality control of merchandise. * Ensure proper product rotation and shrinkage control. * Support operational tasks related to store operations. **Requirements:** * Availability to work rotating shifts between **6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.** * Fixed schedule option from **2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.**, if currently studying. * Availability to work **Monday through Sunday**, with one rotating day off. * Availability to work **Full Time**. * Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or operational roles is desirable. * **Prior experience is not mandatory—we provide training.** **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration from the first working day. * Statutory benefits. * Corporate benefits and internal discounts. * Growth and development opportunities. * Positive work environment. * Career path possibility within the first 3–6 months. * Other incentives.
