Job Summary: Soltrak, a Ferreycorp company, is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure the quality of non-commercial products and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end purchase order management and delivery tracking. 2. Ensuring quality and delivery timelines for non-commercial products and services. 3. Resolving supplier claims and managing related documentation. We are currently seeking: Purchasing Assistant - Callao Requirements: University student in final cycles of Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Responsibilities: Generate purchase orders for non-commercial products and services within company-agreed timelines. Provide business visibility on product arrivals according to defined lead times, anticipate risks, and execute action plans to mitigate them. Ensure optimal On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance from suppliers of non-commercial products and services—delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards—while keeping this information updated in the tracking drive. Track supplier deliveries and ensure adherence to established timelines; identify root causes of delays and establish action plans to prevent recurrence. Manage procurement documentation for non-commercial products and services; validate documentation and associated costs prior to accounting registration in SAP and the supplier portal. Ensure timely closure of supplier claims.
