A leading international brand specializing in home security solutions is seeking to hire **2 Sales Advisors** for its new exclusive module at the **Salaverry Shopping Center**. We are looking for dynamic individuals with a commercial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm to learn about innovative products such as **Yale digital locks and security solutions**. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Minimum 6 months of experience in **in-person sales, customer service, or promotion**, preferably in retail. * Experience working with sales targets or objectives. * Experience handling **cash registers and POS systems**. * Ability to quickly learn product features and clearly explain their benefits to customers. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and service orientation. * Availability to work opening and closing shifts. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Provide personalized service and advise customers according to their needs. * Know and explain the Yale product portfolio: traditional and digital locks. * Conduct sales transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and operate the POS system. * Maintain module organization and proper product display. * Achieve the commercial objectives set by the brand.
