We are currently seeking 5 Junior Secretaries for customer service and complaints at our headquarters located in Carmen de la Legua. Details below: What are the job responsibilities? Make phone calls to customers to inform them about product service status and receive requests for home visits. Handle various documents (invoices, delivery guides, receipts, tickets); knowledge of file management. Use Excel, Word, and PDF software to prepare reports and customer letters. Knowledge of customer complaint handling. What are the job requirements? Must possess a valid academic certificate. Minimum 1 year of administrative work experience. What are the job benefits?
