In this role, you will be responsible for: Resolving and following up on tickets generated in the Help Desk. Providing hardware and software technical support, either on-site and/or remotely, in Lima and provinces. Performing computer equipment maintenance (upgrading, organizing, cleaning) as needed. Reporting and following up on internet failures, antennas, people counters, and kiosks, coordinating with respective vendors. Performing other tasks assigned by the IT department head. · We value: Ongoing or completed technical or university studies in related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support roles. General knowledge of hardware and software. Availability to work part-time: Monday and Tuesday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
