At Recreativos Fargo, we are seeking 1 **Technical Support** specialist for **Structured Cabling** within the **Systems** department. **Profile:** * University or institute graduate; degrees in systems, computer science, networking, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Technical Support staff providing user assistance (remote and on-site). * Advanced knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance, and hardware and software configuration in Windows and macOS environments (diagnostics, repairs, or replacements). * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 at both end-user and corporate support levels. * Basic networking knowledge: monitoring and configuration (LAN, WLAN). * Basic cybersecurity knowledge. * Advanced documentation management (reports, inventories, logs). * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * High level of organizational ability. **Considerations:** * Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
