At Aruma, we are looking for a new Warehouse Associate to join our team. We are Peru’s first beauty-specialized retail chain, and we know that an organized store is also part of an outstanding customer experience. What will you do in this role? Receive merchandise arriving from direct suppliers. Maintain the Kardex and conduct cycle counts. Report discrepancies found in received merchandise. Track losses (expired items, known shortages) and assist with inventory activities. Organize and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, high-value area, and shelving units. Ensure compliance with the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method. What are we looking for in you? Completed secondary education (mandatory requirement). Minimum 6 months of experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service. Availability to work rotating shifts (one day off between Monday and Sunday). What do we offer?
