Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to perform account analysis, reconciliations, preparation of accounting reports and financial statements, and support audit activities. Positive work environment and collaborative team **Main Responsibilities:** * Account analysis and monthly reconciliations. * Preparation and closing of building-level accounting reports. * Generation of financial reports for group companies. * Tax preparation and filing (SUNAT). * Control and validation of revenues, expenditures, and provisions. * Support for audits and accounting compliance. **Key Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Accounting, Administration, or Finance. * 1\+ years of experience as an Accounting Analyst or in accounting close processes. * Experience in account analysis and financial reporting. * Knowledge of taxation and SUNAT regulations. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Experience with platforms such as Harmony, Xero, and Bitrix24 for recording, managing, and digitizing vouchers and payments. * Strong attention to detail and analytical capability. **Benefits:** * Career development path within a real estate company. * Ongoing training in accounting and taxation. * Positive work environment and collaborative team. * Job stability and professional growth. **Position Type:** Full-time Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Are you available to work in Miraflores?
