Job Summary: A real estate company is seeking an Architectural Assistant to develop drawings, perform 3D modeling, and ensure regulatory compliance for multifamily projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in developing 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D modeling. 2. Comprehensive knowledge of processes in multifamily building projects. 3. Proficiency in the National Building Regulations and municipal regulations. **A real estate company is looking for an Architectural Assistant who meets the following requirements:** Bachelor's degree or professional license in Architecture. **Experience and Knowledge:** * Minimum 2–3 years in similar positions within the real estate sector. * Proven experience in developing 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D modeling. * Comprehensive understanding of processes, phases, and specialties in multifamily building projects. * Knowledge of 3D rendering modeling. * Proficiency in the National Building Regulations (mandatory). * Familiarity with applicable municipal regulations. * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. * Proficiency in software relevant to the field of Architecture. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Proactivity, dynamism, and ability to establish relationships at all levels. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Orderliness and punctuality. * Initiative and problem-solving ability. **Responsibilities** * Preparation of drawings for technical files during preliminary design, design, and other stages, including architectural and safety drawings. * Development of architectural details. * Conducting land or property surveys, as required, for various procedures. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
