Advanced Excel. **FUNCTIONS:** * Comprehensive execution of supplier payments through various banking platforms, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures. * Manage and control Accounts Payable within the Cash Flow, guaranteeing appropriate financial planning and order. * Daily registration and reconciliation of transactions carried out in each of the company’s bank accounts. * Classify, organize, and file vouchers, supporting documents, and payment documentation, maintaining adequate document control. * Prepare operational reports, control charts, and treasury dashboards for monitoring balances, payments, and cash flows. * Document company processes, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. * Propose continuous improvement plans and coordinate their implementation (policies and procedures). * Support administrative tasks related to document review. **Requirements:** * Graduate – Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering. * Knowledge of financial management, treasury, and banking. * Knowledge of processes and continuous improvement.
