Job Summary:
We are seeking a Budget and Quantity Surveying Assistant to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate and construction projects, including blueprint interpretation, budget preparation, and cost analysis.

A Peruvian company specializing in the **planning, forecasting, and execution of real estate and construction projects** is seeking a **Budget and Quantity Surveying Assistant**, with the following profile:
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
* Minimum **2 years of experience in cost estimation and budgeting for multifamily building construction projects.**
* Experience conducting quantity take-offs, unit price analyses (UPA), and quotation of materials, equipment, and services.
* Proficiency in reading architectural, structural, electrical, and sanitary installation drawings.
* Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and work items.
* **Mandatory proficiency in S10 software.**
* Intermediate proficiency in **Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project.**
**EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:**
* **Salary:** Market-competitive
* **On-site working hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am–1:00 pm (with availability to travel to construction sites when participating in tenders or required for site monitoring).

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Comprehensive interpretation of blueprints (architecture, structures, electrical installations, sanitary installations) for quantification and measurement of work items.
* Preparation of budgets, Unit Price Analyses (UPA) in S10, and compilation of proposals for technical/economic tenders and bids.
* Research, negotiation, and preparation of comparative supplier, subcontractor, and service tables.
* Preparation, monitoring, and updating of construction schedules and progress timelines.
* Monitoring of budgeted vs. actual expenditure, identification of variances, analysis of technical/economic indicators, and periodic reporting.
* Cross-departmental support (operations, logistics, administration) and site visits for data collection or progress monitoring.
Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,200.00 per month
