Main Responsibilities: * Cleaning and disinfection of common areas (lobbies, hallways, staircases, elevators, parking lots, and restrooms). * Proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Compliance with safety protocols and use of PPE. * Support in operational tasks assigned by supervision. * Reporting incidents or maintenance needs. Requirements: * Prior experience in cleaning buildings, condominiums, or offices (desirable). * Responsibility, punctuality, and good disposition for teamwork. * Ability to follow instructions and protocols.
