Attention to detail and responsibility We are currently seeking **Construction Final Cleaning Staff** for real estate projects, responsible for performing detailed apartment cleaning prior to handover to owners. **Work Location:** Construction site in San Borja **Payment Method:** RXH **Full-time** ***REQUIREMENTS***: * Experience in construction site cleaning, building cleaning, or deep cleaning * Responsibility and attention to detail. * Availability to work on-site. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Perform final and detailed apartment cleaning prior to handover to owners. * Carry out deep cleaning of floors, walls, windows, window frames, doors, closets, fixed furniture, and final finishes. * Remove dust, paint, cement, or other residues typical of construction work. * Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, faucets, glass surfaces, and delicate surfaces, ensuring optimal finishing. * Properly handle cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies while protecting property finishes. * Report observations or issues identified in the apartment during the cleaning process.
