Responsibilities: * Create and star in content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (reels, videos, stories). * Serve as the visible face of the Real Estate Agency on social media and digital campaigns. * Plan and execute the content calendar. * Participate in recordings for real estate projects and events. * Analyze results and propose creative improvements. Requirements: * Strong on-camera presence and ease of speaking in front of the camera. * Creative, charismatic, and communicative. * Proficiency in content creation tools (Capcut, Canva, Premiere or others). * Minimum 2 years of experience creating content for social media (mandatory). * Portfolio or active social media accounts demonstrating their work.
