Duties include cleaning common areas, elevators, restrooms, parking areas, exteriors, and basic maintenance. **Requirements:** * Must be over 18 years old. * Experience in cleaning (buildings, condominiums, offices or similar). * **Valid DNI**. * Good physical condition. * Availability to work in **San Miguel**. **Responsibilities:** * Cleaning of common areas, reception, corridors, and staircases. * Cleaning of elevators, mirrors, and roller doors. * Cleaning of staff restrooms. * Dust and cobweb removal from ceilings and lighting fixtures. * Cleaning of parking areas and external zones. * Exterior washing of the building (as scheduled). **Schedule:** * **Full time** (Monday to Sunday with rotating days off). **Benefits:** * **MYPE payroll**: half gratification, half CTS, and 15 days of vacation. * Mobility bonus. * Timely payments. * Ongoing training provided by Grupo Marfa Perú. * Excellent working environment.
