High sense of responsibility and service orientation A reputable real estate management company requires personnel for the position of General Services Operator in the district of Cercado de Lima. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Preventive maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the condominium remains in good condition. * Basic carpentry: Install or repair furniture, doors, cabinets, etc. * Basic repairs: Fix minor damages to walls, windows, and furniture. * Paint designated areas. * Maintain common areas. * Execute and report assigned tasks. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Completed secondary education. * Highly responsible and honest. * Service-oriented. * Knowledge of repairs, maintenance, electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. * Availability to work: Tuesday to Sunday \- 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. ***MYPE BENEFITS:*** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one * 15 days of annual vacation * Affiliation with SIS for microenterprises * Contributions to the AFP/ONP pension system * 50% voluntary bonus in July and December * Monthly payments Salary: Starting from S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
