We are Actual Inmobiliaria and we are looking for a Project Manager **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Architecture and registered with the professional association * 5 years of experience in advanced architectural design of multifamily housing projects. * Regulations: National Building Code. * Municipal ordinances. * Development of construction details. * Knowledge of basic engineering disciplines for projects. **FUNCTIONS** * Designs and develops architectural layouts in accordance with current regulations and company requirements. * Designs and develops preliminary and final architectural projects in accordance with current regulations and company requirements. * Prepares technical files for projects. * Manages various project-related procedures before the corresponding authorities. * Coordinates the architectural project with other specialties / engineering disciplines. * Provides on-site assistance and responds to queries to ensure proper project execution.
