We are currently developing a real estate project for the sale of rural lots in the city of Jaen. **Job Description** As the Real Estate Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy, managing the sales team, and developing new business opportunities in the real estate sector. On a daily basis, you will coordinate client visits to the office, design commercial plans, negotiate with clients, and supervise transaction closings. You will also monitor sales performance indicators, coordinate marketing initiatives, and enhance customer service to ensure an excellent experience. This is a full-time position offered in a hybrid work model: you will combine on-site work in Miraflores with certain tasks that can be performed remotely. **Requirements** Valid real estate license and solid knowledge of real property, the real estate market, and related regulations (Real Estate License, Real Property, Real Estate). Outstanding sales, negotiation, and commercial transaction closing skills, with prior experience leading sales teams (Sales). Strong customer service orientation, ability to manage long-term relationships and deliver personalized service (Customer Service). Education in administration, commercial management, marketing, or related fields; prior experience in managerial or supervisory roles within real estate companies is preferred. Proficiency in digital and office tools (CRM, spreadsheets, presentations), organizational skills, analytical capability, and goal-oriented mindset.
