Position Summary: We are seeking an attorney with solid legal training and a practical approach to provide comprehensive legal management for real estate projects, delivering efficient solutions. We are looking for an attorney with solid legal training and a practical orientation, focused on the comprehensive legal management of real estate projects, capable of operating effectively in dynamic environments and delivering efficient solutions. Requirements: \* Professional law degree; registered and licensed attorney. \* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate, civil, and/or administrative law. \* Knowledge of legal and physical regularization of land parcels, property separations, declarations of construction, internal regulations, and horizontal property regimes. \* Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (e.g., purchase and sale, lease, construction, service agreements, among others). \* Familiarity with procedures before municipalities, SUNARP (National Superintendence of Public Registries), notaries, and other entities. \* Knowledge of urban planning regulations and administrative procedures. \* Prior experience in real estate or construction companies is desirable. \* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: \* Provide legal advisory services for real estate project development. \* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to company operations. \* Manage legal and physical regularization processes for real estate properties. \* Monitor procedures before public and private entities. \* Assess legal risks and propose mitigation strategies. \* Coordinate with internal departments (sales, engineering, administration) to ensure regulatory compliance. \* Address legal contingencies and administrative proceedings.
