Currently, we are seeking top commercial talent — proactive, willing, and enthusiastic about negotiation and sales. **We are seeking a Sales Executive** At O\&M Servicios Comerciales SAC, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Mortgage Division: ✅ **Main Responsibilities:** ✓ Prospect and acquire new clients at real estate projects, fairs, and commercial activations. ✓ Conduct fieldwork to identify new opportunities, including real estate developments and construction companies. ✓ Manage the end-to-end mortgage credit process, from evaluation through disbursement. ✓ Provide personalized advisory services to clients on mortgage products, ensuring an efficient and effective customer experience. ✓ Achieve established commercial targets and ensure successful sales closures. ✅ **Requirements:** ✓ Minimum 1 year of experience with banking products, preferably as a Mortgage Executive or Mortgage Credit Advisor. ✓ Immediate availability to work 100% in the field. ✓ Field prospecting knowledge, as well as sales and negotiation techniques. ✓ Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ✓ Strong results orientation, commercial acumen, and effective communication skills. ⭐ We seek an organized, analytical, responsible, and results-driven individual.
