Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Promoter / Field Leafleteer to acquire prospects, provide initial counseling, and direct customers to our sales showroom. Key Responsibilities: 1. Actively acquiring prospects through leaflet distribution and on-site outreach 2. Providing initial persuasive counseling on the benefits of apartments 3. Effectively referring pre-qualified prospects to the sales showroom We are a real estate company currently seeking a **Sales Promoter / Field Leafleteer**. **Responsibilities:** * **Leafleting and active prospect acquisition**: Distributing promotional materials and proactively approaching pedestrians ("pulling") on streets and in areas surrounding our projects. * **Initial counseling**: Providing basic, clear, and persuasive information about apartment benefits to spark public interest. * **Strategic prospect identification**: Identifying and approaching potential customers in high-traffic zones, strategically focusing on areas around and outside competitors' sales showrooms. * **Effective referral**: Motivating and accompanying or directing pre-qualified prospects to our sales showroom so the sales team can complete follow-up. **We offer:** * Fixed salary + bonuses. * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday (one day off per week).
