Position Summary: A legal professional responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, managing notarial and registry procedures, title examinations, real estate regularization, and providing legal advisory services for projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts 2. Management of notarial procedures and registry tracking with SUNARP 3. Legal advisory services for real estate projects and legal risk prevention **LICENSED ATTORNEY OR LAW SCHOOL GRADUATE** * Drafting and reviewing contracts: purchase and sale, lease, purchase option, antichresis, among others. * Management of notarial procedures (minutes, public deeds). * Tracking of registry procedures with SUNARP. * Title examinations and analysis of encumbrances and liens. * Physical\-legal regularization of real estate properties. * Advisory services for real estate projects and urban development approvals. * Coordination with notaries, clients, and financial institutions. * Legal risk prevention in real estate transactions. * Other matters related to the legal field Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Workplace: On\-site employment
