Ensure accurate registration of materials, tools, and assets in the system according to the daily logistics plan and time-based cut-offs established by management. Verify waybills, quantities, quality, and conditions of received and dispatched materials. Maintain order and cleanliness in warehouse areas to prevent workplace accidents. Coordinate and request approval for inventory reconciliation of departing staff with fleet, maintenance, and warehouse supervisors. Organize and archive all documentation and waybills.
