Implementation of recruitment strategies At GMI - Gestión Minera Integral, a company dedicated to developing mining management and operation services, we are currently looking for: SELECTION ASSISTANT Responsibilities: Manage recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative staff for mining projects (job posting, resume screening, interviews, scheduling EMO, file preparation, etc.). Coordinate interviews with requesting departments to ensure staff affiliation. Conduct appropriate follow-up and validate new staff onboarding processes. Implement new recruitment strategies, among other duties. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology or Human Resource Management with HR experience. Minimum 1 year of experience handling large-scale recruitment processes in the mining sector (Mandatory). Immediate availability. Conditions: Willingness to work in the Magdalena district.
