Implement recruitment strategies At GMI - Gestión Minera Integral, a company dedicated to providing mining management and operations services, we are currently looking for: RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT Responsibilities: Manage recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative personnel for mining projects (job posting, resume screening, interviews, scheduling EMO, file preparation, etc.) Coordinate interviews with requesting departments to ensure staff onboarding. Conduct appropriate follow-up and validate new personnel onboarding processes. Implement new recruitment strategies, among other duties. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology or Human Resource Management, with HR experience. Minimum 1 year of experience handling large-scale recruitment processes in the mining sector (Mandatory) Immediate availability.
