Job Summary: We are seeking a Documentation Assistant to manage and control the flow of production documents, ensuring their traceability and proper archiving. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production documentation management and archiving 2. Record control and documentary traceability 3. We are currently looking for a Documentation Assistant who meets the following profile: Requirements: Completed secondary education. Technical degree (preferred). 6 months of experience in inventory control or similar positions. Basic knowledge of Excel. Availability to work in Callao. Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. Responsibilities: Receive, organize, and archive forms generated by production departments. Control records and document flow, ensuring accurate traceability from initiation to final archiving. Verify that records are complete, legible, and correctly completed by plant personnel. Manage physical form stock levels, coordinating timely replenishment. Classify documentation for appropriate storage and easy access. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. Coordinate with production departments for timely form delivery.
