Professional development in financial planning and control At CGM Rental, we are looking for a Financial Planning Specialist responsible for leading financial planning and control processes, generating strategic information for decision-making and sustainable business growth. What will be your mission? Lead and oversee the company's financial planning, ensuring the quality and reliability of financial information for strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for budget management, financial forecasting, performance analysis, and development of management indicators using technological tools such as SAP S/4HANA and Power BI. Main Responsibilities Lead the monthly Controlling (CO) closing process in SAP S/4HANA. Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasts. Design and manage dashboards and KPIs in Power BI. Analyze financial variances and propose corrective actions. Evaluate the profitability of investment projects and monitor CAPEX. Supervise and validate financial reports prepared by the team. Prepare managerial reports for decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and standards. Actively participate in Occupational Health and Safety management. Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Specialization Diploma in Management Control, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, or Business Intelligence. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in roles related to financial planning, management control, or corporate finance. Technical Knowledge Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advanced proficiency in Power BI. SAP S/4HANA – FICO module (desirable). Data processing and analysis (ETL). Automation of financial reporting and analysis using AI tools (desirable).
