PICORP Group Job Opportunity Position: Fleet Maintenance Manager At PICORP Group, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to ensure the operational readiness and proper functioning of our vehicles. Location: Lima, Surco (Chacarilla) Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) Work Modality: On-site · Main Responsibilities: Coordinate vehicle availability with the Operations Department. Execute and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance program. Plan and supervise maintenance work orders. Coordinate technical inspections and mechanical assistance. Control spare parts inventory and manage necessary purchases. Supervise compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. Prepare monthly maintenance reports and expense control reports. Support incident management related to mechanical failures. · Requirements: Experience in maintenance or fleet management (preferred). Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. Inventory management and expense control skills.
