Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. Responsibilities: Preparation and management of employment contracts. Management of insurance programs (SCTR, Life Insurance under Law, EPS). Personnel file administration. Support in payroll preparation and attendance tracking. Calculation of social benefit settlements. Posting of job openings and support in recruitment processes. Monitoring staffing requirements. Support in labor audits and inspections.
