At INNOVACIÓN SOLAR PERÚ E.I.R.L., a company committed to developing sustainable energy solutions, we are looking for a Logistics Leader with experience in comprehensive logistics management, operational administration, and control. Main Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the transportation of equipment, materials, and personnel to various installation sites. Supervise the supply chain, ensuring on-time delivery. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal technical teams. Manage inventories and warehouses for equipment and materials in the sector. Prepare performance indicator reports. Support administrative and basic accounting processes, as well as coordination with the commercial department. Provide sales support and customer service related to the logistics area. Requirements: Technical or university degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics, or Accounting. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Experience in energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors is desirable. Knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and logistics regulations. Basic understanding of administrative and accounting controls. Proficiency in office tools and management systems. Driver's license (desirable but not mandatory).
