This is how we develop mining—always aligned with change, driven by committed, inspired, and continuously developing people. **Join Nexa and be part of the mining industry that moves with the world!** **\#WomenTalentInMining** **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Manage maintenance and improvements at the assigned production plant to ensure equipment and facility availability in accordance with the company’s safety, cost, and quality standards. * Manage preventive maintenance, scheduled corrective maintenance, improvements, and emergencies. * Propose and execute equipment renewal, modernization, and enhancement. * Promote improvement project development among supervisors and technicians. * Manage execution of planned and unplanned plant shutdowns. * Evaluate and propose procurement of spare parts and services for maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professionals with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields, duly licensed. * 2–4 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of maintenance management, cost management, safety, and environmental practices. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, maintaining industrial plant processes (preferably in mining–metallurgical processes), and participating in project implementation. **Additional Information** * **Work Location:** Cajamarquilla Refinery * **Work Modality:** Monday to Friday, industrial shift (Lurigancho, Chosica, Lima) At NEXA, we operate in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
