Support in labor relations and disciplinary control JOB OFFERING: PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT Location: Chacarilla, Santiago de Surco Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Main Responsibilities: Contract, personnel file, and employee registry management in systems. Coordination of onboarding, vacations, and employment documentation. Insurance administration (SCTR, Life Law, EPS) and employment tracking. Support in labor relations and disciplinary control. Coordination of office resources, supplies, and services. Requirements: Graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
